as end of the year is coming, i believe everyone are looking foward for the end of year bonus. but i wonder if anyone know how 13th months bonus comes about? everyone thought it was a bonus but actually its not. everyone deserve to get 13th month bonus
why? to be exact, our salary are considered monthly. so every month the pay we got, basicially for only 4 weeks hard work . if you realise something, in a month, there are 4 weeks therefore 12 months is 4 weeks x 12 months = 48 weeks. so we only got 48 weeks of pay instead 52 weeks if without 13 months bouns. thats why everyone who work of course deserve the end of year 13 months pay.
actually this whole thing was told by one of my colleague , jeremy when we were in malaysia. and i find it quite true and interesting so share with ya guys.
we actually can use movies to describe every part of our life.. for me,
primary school period was just like – “i am not stupid” .. parent tends to be more strict to me, will scold or may even watch me doing homework. etc.
secondary school days was like – ” young and dangerous ” … whereby learnt all the bad things. result getting worse each year, fighting, bully the weaks, skip lessons.. even started smoking, drinking .. lots of sins !
poly days was like – ” meteor garden” ? lolz. slacking days! but also wont forget there were lots of “hina” (chiobus) around. lots of funny and unforgettable moments.. am i right huixiong?
army days was confirm – “army daze” or our old birds even said “the departed” …sound scary eh? but sometimes really true lah.. long story..lolz.
